CampusVital invites you to the "Mindful2Work" seminar on Tuesday, March 11 from 2:30 – 4:00 pm.

This is a mix of theory and practice and provides an insight into the prevention program of the same name. The following focal points are presented: Autopilot, body, breath, stress, dealing with difficult situations, taking care of yourself. The active part of the seminar includes a flow consisting of conscious movement, hatha yoga and vipassana meditation.

Do you feel burnt out, stressed or mentally exhausted? The training program helps to reduce stress, recharge your batteries and sustainably improve your well-being. It has been specially developed for people who suffer from work-related stress, depression or burnout - or are on the verge of it. Discover ways to bring your body and mind back into balance!

Note: Please come in comfortable clothing, bring sports shoes and a yoga mat if available.
