Christmas decorations are everywhere, but in the working world Christmas time usually also means: final spurt at the end of the year. Therefore CampusVital offers free daily express trainings on its Instagram channel in the week before Christmas. Sports therapy student Jonas Gerstenberger trains online with you for twenty minutes. The focus is on loosening, stretching and relaxation. Sportswear is not necessary, all exercises can be done at the workplace.
