SOURCES OF STRENGTH IN EVERDAY WORKING LIFE (German)
2025-10-27 | CampusVital, in collaboration with the Adlershof Health Network, hosted a digital seminar entitled “Sources of Strength in Everyday Working Life” on Monday, October 27, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
In our working lives, we are constantly confronted with demands that can cause stress - which can be both beneficial and burdensome. Sources of strength are important resources that help us cope with these stresses, enhance our well-being, and maintain our performance.
