BACK FITNESS (German)

2026-04-14 | CampusVital, in collaboration with the Adlershof Health Network, invited you to a digital workshop on Tuesday, April 14, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. entitled “Back Fitness“.


This short, effective session offered targeted exercises to strengthen your back muscles and improve flexibility. The focus was on loosening up your shoulders and developing better posture in your daily work routine.

This program was suitable for all employees in any workplace and was ideal for relieving tension during a short break and promoting back health.

According to the “Employee Barometer 2.0,” so-called “musculoskeletal complaints” (primarily in the back, shoulders, and neck) are very common regardless of age.
