BREATHWORK: Air & Lunch Session

2025-09-24 | CampusVital hosted a breathing workshop (in German) on September 24 from 12:30 to 1:15 pm.


In our fast-paced everyday lives, we often encounter situations that are challenging and stressful. With the right breathing technique, we can not only cope better with daily challenges, but also significantly improve our quality of life and health.

This Air & Lunch Session in our Breathwork series focused on the topic of “Relax Keep that great vacation feeling from the summer alive“.

Letting go means putting aside the inner chaos in your head and coming to rest. By consciously activating the parasympathetic nervous system, deep relaxation and regeneration can be promoted. This helps to lower blood pressure and heart rate and supports healthy digestion. In this way, it is possible to reduce stress and gain new energy - for more balance and well-being in everyday life.
