2026-02-12 10:00 - 2026-02-12 11:00
CampusVital, in cooperation with the Adlershof Health Network, invites you to attend a digital lecture entitled “Working According to Your Biorhythm – Time Intelligence” on Thursday, February 12, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Adapting tasks to your own natural performance phases means developing an individual work rhythm that is more focused, healthier, and less prone to stress.
Contents:
- What does working according to your biorhythm mean?
- The science of chronobiology studies circadian rhythms and chronotypes (early bird/night owl) – and can help us make the most of our peak performance times and avoid social jet lag.
- Tips and tricks for everyday work
- Utilize morning light, consistent sleep windows, strategic caffeine timing, brief breaks/naps, light exercise – evidence-based rather than intuitive
- Recommendations for dealing with time wasters and procrastination traps
- Focus times without distractions, 25/50-minute intervals, reduce blue light in the evening, clear digital boundaries
- Identifying and becoming aware of your own work and motivation phases
- Mini chrono check: mark personal peak windows, block out 3×90 minutes of deep work, schedule meetings at off-peak times
Participation is free of charge via the browser-based booking platform:
