Resilience is considered the ultimate superpower of the human spirit. Resilience refers to the ability to cope well with challenges and crises and even learn from them. In other words, it is exactly what each of us needs in these extraordinary and turbulent times with new stressors and pressures.

In this presentation, we take a closer look at our mental superpower and examine what resilience really means. Through practical exercises, you will learn how this human ability comes about and what factors influence it. This will allow you to train your mental superpower for your everyday work life during the presentation.
