New in 2020: From Meditation to Evening Yoga
2020-01-08 | Achieving and maintaining resilience
Self-care, restful sleep even during times of stress and keeping physically fit – for many people these are among the top New Year’s resolutions for 2020. CampusVital supports health maintenance with new courses that start in January and aim to promote resilience. These include mindfulness meditation, evening yoga and a series of 10 classes in self-defense.
"Based on our experience in the model project and the results of the campus-wide survey, achieving resilience and a good balance between stress and relaxation are primary goals," said Eileen Bauer, health manager at Campus Berlin-Buch. “We offered a self-defense class as part of our Health Days. There were far more people interested in participating than places available in the class.“
Many other courses such as Back Exercises, CrossCircuit, Pilates, Fascia Training, Mobility Training start from January 6, 2020. To view the schedule of courses on our website www.campusvital.de, please click on the button “Course Registration“.
