BREATHWORK: Air & Lunch Session

In our fast-paced everyday lives, we often encounter situations that are challenging and stressful. With the right breathing technique, we can not only cope better with daily challenges, but also significantly improve our quality of life and health.
The Outdoor Air & Lunch session in our Breathwork series focused on the topic of “Thermoregulation through breathing”.
Heat can lower our energy levels, impair concentration and put a strain on the body. With targeted breathing techniques, we can regulate our internal temperature and cool the body in a natural way.
We consciously activate the parasympathetic nervous system, ensure relaxed thermoregulation and bring more awareness to our breathing in order to face the summer heat calmly. Perfect for anyone who often feels tired on hot days or works in heat-stressed environments.
