EYE YOGA (German)

2025-10-28 | CampusVital, in collaboration with the Adlershof Health Network, invited you to a digital workshop on Tuesday, October 28, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. entitled “Eye Yoga – relaxation for eyes, shoulders and neck.”


Every day, our eyes are exposed to many stimuli and stresses. Working at a computer screen in particular is actually very hard work for our eyes, as there is no healthy alternation between close-up and distance vision.

According to the “Employee Barometer 2.0,” the main causes of subjectively high stress in the workplace are primarily long periods of screen work (eye strain) and working posture (prolonged standing or sitting).

Regular “active breaks” at work can be a great help here. Give it a try.

  • In this workshop, you will receive a brief introduction to “office eye syndrome.”
  • You will learn some simple exercises that will allow you to give yourself and your eyes a short break from the stresses of everyday working life.
  • This training also supports various eye functions to improve the performance of the eyes.
  • Gentle stretching exercises also relax the shoulder and neck area.
