Model Project Corporate Health Management

Campus Berlin-Buch is committed to improving health. In line with this mission, the development and operating company Campus Berlin-Buch GmbH is implementing a model project that sustainably promotes health in the work environment through campus-wide corporate health management. Campus Berlin-Buch GmbH is cooperating with the Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine in the Helmholtz Association (MDC), the Leibniz-Forschungsinstitut für Molekulare Pharmakologie (FMP), Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin and eight companies located on campus in the model project, which receives substantial support from the Techniker Krankenkasse (TK).

Objectives:

  • Increase work satisfaction and ensure work ability and performance of the employees over the long term
  • Strengthen the sense of togetherness of all employees on Campus Berlin-Buch
  • Raise the profile of Campus Berlin-Buch as an internationally renowned location for work, research and health

These objectives will be attained by:

  • Development and establishment of corporate health management on Campus Berlin-Buch
  • Continuous development of health promotion measures and increase in their use
  • Development of an active, sustainable health culture on campus to improve the health of employees and to promote health-conscious behavior
  • Participation in competitions
